Fantastic service and an awesome product for a fair price. I called customer support to ask about the height of the storage boxes with lids [there were two different heights mentioned] and the representative checked with the warehouse to verify the accurate overall height. They showed up in less than a day and are just right.

You can't beat the price for such quality furniture. The delivery was spot on (our place is a bit tricky to locate) and the driver was super helpful. Excellent service at an unbeatable price - what else could you want these days? 😁

This company has a spiel about who they are, but honestly, don’t take any of it to heart. When the Central Distribution Centre tells you that the warehouse has you on hold and you can’t get anyone to give you an update on your order’s whereabouts, and this drags on for nearly 10 minutes, you start to question who you’re dealing with. Are they really expecting me to believe there’s no one in the warehouse office (if they even have one) to talk to me?

Sure, keeping expenses low is one thing, but not being able to get in touch with your warehouse? That’s just crazy! I asked three times what “Priority Delivery” actually meant. The person who was handling my inquiry, while the warehouse was on hold, said it was just an internal term. It didn’t affect how fast my order would arrive or anything like that. The staff member also reminded me that the item could take up to 15 working days after placing the order. She said she’d call me back. So, what do you think happened next? Yep, you got it—NOTHING! The lengths some folks will go to is just mind-boggling. So, you decide if you want to hand over your cash to these people.

I ordered a desk, but it never got sent to the courier. I reached out, and they said delivery was on the way, but it didn’t show up again. The company stopped responding, so I asked to cancel my order and I'm still waiting for my refund days later. I'm about to file a dispute to make sure I get my cash back.

I placed an order online only to discover that the company didn’t have the item in stock. After more than a week of searching for something to complete my order, I just got a refund. I was really hoping this could be my go-to supplier, but it ended up pushing back all my customers' orders, and I still don’t have any paper!

That said, I can't complain about the support team.
